Assorted Peppers (to taste)
Red Onion
Sweet Yellow Onion
Assorted Canned & Fresh Tomatoes
Assorted Beans
Ground Beef
Pork
Mole
Corn
Carrots
Garlic
Shallot
Cumin
Chili Powder
A little Clamato juice, to taste.

Chop up veggies, put them in a bowl... just watch it.
